Some fires result firing – Gen. Stanley McChrystal fired by US President!
This week’s top story on US and international media is Stanley McChrystal and his firing by US president. We know what was happened between Obama administration and Stanley McChrystal that resulted his firing. For those who dont know what happened, in short Stanley McChrystal gave an interview to a magazine in which he insulted Obama administration regarding current governance. According to different news agencies ‘Stanley McChrystal’ was in high command of US Marine in Afghanistan. The point is not what he said and he was fired. There are many points to be discussed and noted. One is unacceptibility of US failure in afghanistan by Obama administration, and second is undemocratic behavior (which was covered by saying Stanley McChrystal’s was no more up to the requirements and expectations). If US claims to be a liberal and democratic state, then the situtation could be undoubtedly different. Obama administration could call him and inquire that what is the problem? Why you said all that?

Are people of US happy on this invasion on Iraq and afghanistan? Stanley McChrystal may be or may be not, gave a stance as a human being against his country’s foreign policy.

Brutality Continues!
Muslims countries astonished early today when ‘Freedom Flotilla’ ship and crew was attacked by Israel forces in open sea near Gaza. This ship was having 600 people from 40 countries taking aid for Palestinian victims. Media resources still looking for confirmations about 3 missing persons of Pakistan. One of those Pakistanis is famous anchor person of Aaj Tv ‘Talat Hussain’ who was on board and reporting for his channel.
Protests have been started in many Islamic countries including Pakistan and turkey. Media demands from government to pressurize global influencial bodies like UN and USA. Pakistan asked for urgent OIC meeting. The point is if such accident was happened near Pakistan or any other islamic country’s army was responsible for this type of attack, what USA will have been done after few hours? The rough idea is may be; All flights from Pakistan will have been banned, many Pakistanis across the globe will be arrested as a suspect of terrorism, India and USA will be the first to plan attacks on Pakistan to counter terrorism.
Who will lead us? When we will get balanced foreign policy? Looking for answers!
