Institutional clashes!

These days everyone in Pakistan is observing internal disturbance. Reconciliation and democratic believers are running from promises. Anchors of political talk shows complain that members of ruling party don’t give us time for tv talk shows. Are they really running from their obligations? Let me give you the example of LHC and SC orders to fix the price of sugar on 40 Rs per kg and government is unable to do that! How they can do that? How can they decrease their own profits? Not only government, opposition party PML-N is still quiet and its declining public liking is all due to their friendly opposition. People started saying that when PML-N leadership needed judges for their cases, they brought a long march! And now people are living from hand to mouth, disliking government policies and Kerry loger bill, where are well wishers of Pakistani people now? Are they only waiting for their turn to govern? This is true that Pakistani high command and administrative institutions are not fully integrated with each other and their commitment of cooperation is decreasing day by day and it will lead to regime change!

Is your personal telecom medium still private?

Recently media announced that email, mobile and landline phones, and sms are going to be monitored in Pakistan. That was really shocking for everyone. Even opposition members of parliament criticized that every Pakistani has privacy and it should be respected. Politicians told that every party has some classified information and internal secrets which sometimes discussed on phone. How they can support this law?
On the other side of the scene, government officials were defending that it will not target normal people and politicians but the target is suspected individuals and non state actors. This news added one more chapter in the criticism of PPP government. After that PTA spokesperson clarified that the major target of this monitoring is to stop grey calls. Illegal telecom traffic (grey traffic) coming into Pakistan from outside the country through illegal means. Grey calls come from international locations but with local numbers.
